What then must be said is that in Jerusalem the shofar was blown whether during the hours when the Beth din sat<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e.,till six hours (midday) - Rashi.');">⁵</span> or the hours when they did not sit, but in Jabneh it was blown during the hours when they sat but not when they did not sit.
